First of all staff talked too me like I was dirt on their shoes. A paying customer should be treated with respect but no. Food was cold and flavourless and I can’t believe I even decided to eat here. The next week I went to Cosmos and it was a much better experience 100% recommend!

Amazing Dining Experience!
I had a fantastic time at this place! The variety of food available was incredible—there was something for everyone, and everything I tried was delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the management’s attentiveness; they took the time to explain how everything works, ensuring I had the best possible experience. Overall, a wonderful place to dine, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

First ever visit. Really impressive looking from the entrance and a huge choice of food, so there's something for everyone. Food was really nice, would definitely go back/recommend.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food
Everything is pretty cheap and tasteless but there is a large variety of options.
The place has got a nice atmosphere and the staff are attentive and also the place is clean.
I’m happy that I tried but I definitely won’t be coming back.

Expected more TBH due to the queue outside. Meat was fatty, no sheesh kebabs, curries were watery. It felt crammed in to, like you were sat on the tables to the side of you. drinks were expensive.. it’s a no from me, but this is just my opinion.👍

All you can eat buffet with an array of dishes, mainly Chinese and Indian. Enough choice to suit pretty much anyone. There are plenty of tables, but on weekends it is advisable to book.

Super sprawa dla ludzi, którzy chcą spróbować różne kuchnie w jednym miejscu. Za 17£ czy w niedzielę za 20£ można najeść się dowoli przepysznych dań. Od wielkich krewetek, innych owoców morza, po pizzę, chlebki turecki, chińskie makarony, indyjskie curry, sushi, nugetsy, kurczaki, wołowinę, warzywa, szpinak i tak mógłbym wymieniać bez końca.
Do tego przepyszne ciasta i lody rozpływające się w ustach!
Woda gazowana jest za darmo. Jest bar gdzie można domówić za dodatkową opłatą inne napoje alkoholowe oraz bezalkoholowe.
Bardzo miła obsługa i klimatyczny wystrój restauracji.
Serdecznie polecam! Nie dość, że tanio to jeszcze bardzo smacznie!!!

Most the dishes are not refilled live counter is okay but cooking all the dishes like chicken prawns and beef together is disappointing

I visited Tops Buffet two years ago, and my experience was quite poor. However, I decided to give it another try this evening, and I noticed some improvements.
**Food Selection:**
The variety of food available was impressive, with something for everyone. While the selection was good, I found the overall quality of the food to be average—nothing that I would highly recommend.
**Ambiance:**
The restaurant itself is decent. It offers plenty of space, and the tables are well spaced out, which is a plus.
**Service:**
Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The initial welcome was lacking, and the staff member who greeted me seemed annoyed by my presence. Additionally, the waitstaff struggled with basic English, making communication challenging. To add to the disappointment, the staff repeatedly reminded us that they wanted us to vacate our table by 9:30 PM, even though they are open until 10 PM.
Overall, while there have been some improvements, the poor service still makes it hard for me to recommend Tops Buffet.

Awful Customer Service – Rude Manager & Misleading Closing Times
I wouldn’t recommend Topps Buffet to anyone after my experience there. The closing time listed on Google Maps is completely wrong, and they don’t bother informing customers when they actually close. We arrived expecting to have enough time to eat, only to be rushed out because they were closing earlier than advertised.
When we brought this up, the manager, Mike, was incredibly disrespectful. Rather than addressing the issue or apologizing, he was rude and dismissive, acting like it was our fault. His attitude was completely unprofessional and made the whole experience even worse.
If you’re looking for a place with good customer service, this is not it. There are plenty of other buffets that actually care about their customers—save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Terrible Experience – Rude Manager & Inaccurate Closing Times
I had a very disappointing experience at Topps Buffet, mainly due to the poor management and lack of customer service. The restaurant’s closing time on Google Maps is completely inaccurate, and they make no effort to inform customers of the actual closing time when they arrive.
When we pointed this out, the manager, Mike, was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, he had an attitude and acted as if it was our fault for not knowing. No apology, no professionalism—just pure arrogance.
A good business values its customers and takes responsibility for errors, but clearly, this place does not. If you expect decent service and respectful treatment, avoid Topps Buffet. Plenty of other restaurants in town that know how to treat customers right.
